Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their initial opinion of your home and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance. Knowing this assists us in deciding what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with retouched paint and bright greenery we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your house's final selling price. Curb Appeal Checklist > Welcome Home
Does your house seem to say, "Welcome Home" to a buyer? Looking through your home with a critical eye, I'll advise you of adjustments that improve Open House appeal. I'll suggest that you get rid of anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' works of art should get stored away too. We'll de-clutter your house. Disheveled or busy spaces make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves calling your place home. I'll review every room of your home. Improvements that directly impact your sale price include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing We'll make sure your house is likable and that it's welcoming, staying away from "offensive" or "can't-work-with" hues on the walls and furniture. And if the house is vacant, you can try temporary furniture. You want your home to look inviting as opposed to cold and empty. Welcome Home Checklist > Setting the Stage You'll know when your home is ready to open your home up to buyers, because all of the improvements mesh together to set the stage for what buyers will expect when they consider buying your house. Shadows are a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to show off your property. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing lightly and make sure a delightful scent flows throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking blankets, and place pillows on your sofa and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current place is their future home. |
