I founded Mangrove Realty in Delray Beach in 2008 and I still sell. I have also run every other seat in this brokerage at the same time: operations, compliance, transaction files, marketing and the website. That is why I can answer most of your questions without calling someone else first.
Mangrove is independent and boutique by design. No franchise above me, no regional layer, no script from a corporate office. The culture is personal and the standard is coastal elegance.

What does it cost to join Mangrove Realty?
No monthly fee, no annual fee and no desk fee. Nothing is due just for keeping your license here. You carry your own license, board and MLS costs, the same as anywhere, and Damara will go through the complete picture with you on the call.
What is the commission split at Mangrove Realty?
Competitive, and it depends on what you bring and where the business came from. Damara would rather talk that through than post a number on a web page. Call or text and she will tell you exactly where you would land.
Does Mangrove Realty provide leads?
Yes. Mangrove generates business through the website, organic search and client referrals, and there is a lead program agents can be part of. Eligibility comes down to your production and the coastal areas you cover. Ask about the lead program on the call.
How do I transfer my real estate license to Mangrove Realty?
You do not. Damara handles it. Once you agree you are coming aboard, she files everything on the brokerage side and deals with the state paperwork herself. The only item left on your list is updating your MLS record. Most agents are fully moved over within a few days.
What broker support is there if I have a problem?
You call the broker directly. No ticket system, no regional manager in between. Damara handles broker review, contract questions, compliance and transaction problems herself.
Where does Mangrove Realty work?
Mangrove started in Delray Beach, and the heart of the business is the coastal towns around it: Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, Lantana, Hypoluxo, Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point. Our agents are licensed to sell anywhere in Florida.
Which areas do you take agents from?
Across Palm Beach County: Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, Lantana and Hypoluxo. And north Broward County: Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and Coconut Creek. Agents elsewhere in Florida are welcome as well.
